Uzbekistan to develop draft anti-corruption business charter
In Uzbekistan, special anti-corruption measures will be introduced in the private sector.
It should be recalled that the other day Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree “On measures to further improve the anti-corruption system in the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
According to the decree, Uzbekistan will develop a draft anti-corruption business charter.
In general, it is expected that special anti-corruption measures will be introduced into the private sector, providing for:
- strengthening of internal control measures and procedures;
- ensuring strict ethical rules when participating in public procurement;
- encouraging collective anti-corruption business actions.
