Draft law on National Guard of Uzbekistan published
On the portal of discussions of normative-legal acts, a draft law on the National Guard of Uzbekistan has been published.
The draft law outlines the main activities of the National Guard (protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, conducting pre-investigation checks, etc).
The draft document also lists the rights and obligations of National Guard employees, as well as special ranks of the Guard. The bill also clarifies in which cases national guardsmen can use physical force, special means and firearms.
