Woman, 24, detained for trading with foreign currency
In the Angor district of the Surkhandarya region, law enforcement officers detained a currency trader, UzA reports.
According to the information agency, in the Angor district of the Surkhandarya region, officers of the internal affairs bodies, together with the prosecutor's office and the State Security Service, detained a 24-year-old woman while she was trading with foreign currency.
She wanted to sell the client $3,500 thousand for 29 million 750 thousand soums.
On this fact, a criminal case was initiated in relation to the detainee under paragraph 2 of Article 177 (illegal purchase or sale of currency values) of the Criminal Code. Investigation is underway.
