New private university to be established in Kokand
It is planned to establish a private university of the Da Vinci company in Kokand, follows from the draft decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, published by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Training will be conducted in three languages (Russian, Uzbek and English) on a tuition fee basis. It is noted that the university will accept its first students already in 2019 for both undergraduate and graduate programs.
The university is expected to be given the right to introduce every year, if necessary, new areas of study based on actual requirements of the market. Graduates will be issued a state diploma.
The university is a non-state higher education institution in the form of LLC. It will be provided with a number of benefits, including exemption from all taxes until January 1, 2023.
