Major personnel changes occur in the Prosecutor General’s Office of Uzbekistan

There were new appointments in the General Prosecutor’s Office of Uzbekistan, the press service of the supervisory body reports.

According to the press service, Nodirbek Boytemirov was appointed head of the internal security department of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

N. Boytemirov, born in 1973, is a lawyer. In 1995, he graduated from Tashkent State Law Institute.

He began his career in 1995 as an intern at the Fergana city prosecutor’s office, held various positions there. He also worked as head of the internal security inspectorate at the Prosecutor General’s Office, first deputy prosecutor of the Khorezm region.

Sodikjon Nazarov became the head of the HR department at the state body.

S. Nazarov, born in 1961, is a lawyer. In 1985, he graduated from Tashkent State University.

He began his career in the prosecutor’s office in 1992 as an intern, later holding the post of assistant prosecutor of the Syrdarya region. Nazarov worked as a prosecutor of the Sh. Rashidov, Khavas, Sardoba, Saykhunabad districts. Additionally, he held various positions at the Prosecutor General’s Office and the regional Prosecutor’s Office of Syrdarya.

Shavkatjon Rakhimov occupied the post of the department head for supervising implementation of legislation in the field of agriculture at the supervisory organization.

Sh. Rakhimov, born in 1968, is a lawyer. In 1994, he graduated from Tashkent State Law Institute.

He began his career in the prosecutor’s office in 1996 as an intern at the post of investigator of the prosecutor’s office in the Naryn district. Later he worked as a prosecutor of the Turakurgan district, head of prosecuting department in the Namangan region, senior prosecutor in the Department for supervising law execution in the agricultural sphere at the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Sodikjon Berdaliyev became head of the Department for supervising implementation of legislation in the internal affairs bodies.

S. Berdialiyev, born in 1976, is a lawyer. He graduated from the Tashkent State Law Institute (in 2000) and the Academy of State and Social Construction (in 2012).

In 2000, he began his career as an intern at the Andijan city prosecutor’s office. He had been prosecutor of the city of Andijan, deputy prosecutor of the Tashkent region and first deputy prosecutor of Tashkent city.

Previously, he served as deputy director of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the Prosecutor General’s Office.
