“Akhmadboy” says law enforcement officers stole his money and gold

Recently, a video from the courtroom appeared on the network, where a criminal case against Akhmadjon Tursunbayev (“Akhmadboy”), is being considered.

“The money that the citizens gave me, I spent for development of farming and cattle breeding. On 50, 60, sometimes even on 100 hectares of land I grew potatoes. This is how I made money. So I could give the money back. It is for this reason that people often began to contact me. I did not deceive anyone, I did not force anyone. They brought each other themselves. I did not steal money and did not run away to foreign countries. I only made a turnover and gave income to citizens. In a month I earned $50-100 thousand and gave this money to people,” Akhmadboy said. 

At the same time, “Akhmadboy” stated that investigators had put him in jail, and his money and gold had been plundered.

“When they detained me, investigators did not say anything about my money, gold and property. Why did they not substantiate and show me this? They took me and put me in prison. Where do I get this money now? All the money was plundered. I made a good turnover and earned income. Therefore, more people came to me. If there were no income, there would be no business,” Akhmadjon Tursunbayev said.

It should be recalled that the Kuyichirchik district court on criminal proceedings of the Tashkent region is holding a third open court trial to consider the completed part of the criminal case against the defendant Akhmadjon Tursunbayev and others (16 persons in total).

The trial is presided by a judge of the Tashkent regional court on criminal proceedings Kh. Shermukhamedov.

Defendants A. Tursunbayev and others are accused of committing a crime under Article 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan.
