Robery reported in the capital's "Minor" mosque
On July 8, in the “Minor” mosque located in the Yunusabad district, an 18-year-old boy, together with two of his criminal accomplices, stole a bag worth $70 belonging to a 25-year-old visitor, the press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Tashkent reports.
Reportedly, the bag contained a powerbank, a purse, a mobile phone, an air ticket and a large amount of money in national and foreign currency.
While trying to flee from the scene of the crime, the suspect was detained by a police officer. According to the press service of the capital’s police department, measures are being taken to detain other accomplices of the criminal.
On this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under article 169 (theft) of the Criminal Code.
