A Captiva driver fires at offender’s car with pneumatic pistol in Bukhara 

In the Gijduvan district of the Bukhara region, a driver of Captiva, who used a pneumatic pistol, was detained, mass media reports.

According to the press service of the Bukhara region internal affairs department, on July 20, a 30-year-old driver operated the vehicle in an intoxicated state in the Gijduvan district. On this day, he arrived in the district center and began to argue with a Matiz driver near the café “Kaktus”. After a verbal skirmish, he pulled out an air pistol and smashed a side window with a shot.

Later, the Captiva driver was arrested and a criminal case was initiated against him under Article 277 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. Now he can be punished with an obligatory community service from 300 to 360 hours, or restriction of freedom from 1 to 3 years or imprisonment up to 3 years.
