Three citizens of Uzbekistan die in a car accident in Kazakhstan
Three citizens of Uzbekistan died on August 2 in an accident on the Almaty-Tashkent-Termez highway of the Turkestan region, Kazakhstan, the press service of the Foreign Ministry said.
According to the Consulate General in Almaty, four people died at the scene of the accident, including two passengers - citizens of Uzbekistan F.T. and D.A. Third compatriot R.Zh. died from injuries in the city hospital of Shymkent.
A criminal case has been instituted on the fact of the accident and an investigation is underway.
The Consulate General took control of the situation and helps relatives of the victims in resolving consular legal and organizational issues of transporting the bodies of compatriots to their homeland.
