In particular, a number of serious violations were revealed during an inspection conducted on July 22 in the Tashkent region. Reportedly, during the distribution of fuel to farmers by the LLC “Paxta neft bazasi” in the Chinaz district, a shortage of 81,365 liters was detected, and there was also an excess of ECO diesel fuel with a volume of 140 liters. There is a mismatch of 854 thousand 730 liters between the data from the reports and the practical implementation of diesel fuel supply. Other technical and metrological flaws were also discovered.
The shortage of fuel for farmers of PRHF No.13 named after “Okhunboboyev” is 12 thousand 235 liters, in PRGF No.11 - 51 thousand 209 liters, in PRGF No.41 named after “Kh. Alimjan” - 7 thousand 130 liters, PRGF No.36 “Toshovul” - 10 thousand 791 liters.
The facts of theft were also discovered during the inspection in the Urtachirchik district. Here, in the distribution points of fuel for farmers at LLC “Kuchlik neft bazasi”, the shortage of eco-friendly diesel fuel is 200 liters, for AI-80 brand gasoline - 8 thousand 190 liters. It was also revealed that there was an excess of diesel fuel with a volume of 8 thousand 44 liters, and the difference between the real supply of diesel fuel and reporting indicators is 40 thousand 5 liters.
Also, facts of unauthorized connection of five wholesale consumers to gas pipelines were exposed. For these cases, operational calculations were carried out, according to which 11 million 807 thousand cubic meters of natural gas were charged on the data of violators.
