SSS officers seize more than 11 tons of oil and gas products from an “entrepreneur” in Kashkadarya

In the Kashkadarya region, employees of the State Security Service conducted a special operation.

During the event, carried out by the SSS employees of the Kashkadarya region for ensuring the safety of fuel and energy facilities, information was obtained on the illegal acts of Bakhtiyor Khamroyev, born in 1978, living on the Kungirtog Street of the Arabkhona mahalla in the city of Karshi. 

With the involvement of specialists from the regional police department and “Uzneftgazinspeksiya”, the house of Bakhtiyor Hamroyev was examined. During the inspection, in the tank of a GAZ-53 truck with state number plate 70 O 767 EA, 8,779 liters of oil and 2,448 liters of gas condensate were found. A total of 11,227 liters of oil and gas condensate were seized.

Also, a Kamaz truck with state number plate 30 C 665 KA, intended for transporting combustible products, was found.

At the moment, a criminal case has been initiated on this fact in accordance with the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan. As part of the investigative actions, the work is underway to identify the persons involved in this case, as well as to determine the places where the theft of oil and gas products took place.
