Indian company to invest $500 million in the construction of residential complexes in Sergeli district
The Indian company Minerva World of Knowledge will invest $500 million in the construction of residential complexes, universities and hostels, medical and sports facilities, preschool institutions, shopping and entertainment complexes in the Sergeli district of Tashkent.
As reported by the press service of the capital’s administration, the relevant document was signed in Tashkent.
The construction of facilities will be carried out in the next five years.
Earlier it became known that in 2019, 350 multi-storey residential buildings for 16 thousand households are planned to be built in Tashkent. In particular, 159 apartments will be constructed in the Sergeli district. In the Uzar quarter, 45 houses will be allocated for families in need of social protection.
Also, 11 new homes for military families will appear in the Olmos mahalla of the Yashnabad district.
