First Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry appointed

The President of Uzbekistan appointed Olimkhon Rustamov as First Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry, the ministerial press service reports.

Prior to his current appointment, Olimkhon Rustamov worked as First Deputy Chairman of the Accounts Chamber. 

Over the years, he served at the Uzbekinvest National Insurance Company, the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine and JSC Uzbekneftegaz.
    
Rustamov, born in 1966, graduated from Tashkent Institute of National Economy.
