Labor Ministry suspends “Human” private employment agency’s license
The license of the LLC “Human xususiy bandlik agentligi”, engaged in organizing employment of citizens abroad, has been suspended, the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations reported.
It is noted that the ministry received many complaints from people. When studying these appeals, it turned out that citizens had a number of difficulties getting their money back paid to the agency.
The organization concluded agreements with citizens on organizing their employment in Germany and the Czech Republic within 6-8 months.
However, the agency did not timely fulfill its obligations. And when citizens demanded to return the money they paid, the agency, under different pretexts, refused to reimburse.
Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations, under clauses 45-46 of the “Regulation on the Procedure for Licensing the Employment Activities of Persons Seeking Work Outside the Republic of Uzbekistan”, approved by the decree No.725 of the Cabinet of Ministers on September 12, 2018, decided to suspend the license of the LLC “Human xususiy bandlik agentligi” for 10 working days.
During this period, the LLC “Human xususiy bandlik agentligi” is required to return the money of citizens. Otherwise, the issue of revoking the license will be considered, the report said.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations urges citizens to be more attentive and thoroughly examine all conditions when concluding contracts with private employment agencies.
