Media: Ex-Prosecutor General’s house is being sold for $1 million
The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement put up for sale a house for $1 million.
The E-auction website says that the estimated value of the house is more than 10 billion soums. The deposit amount will be more than 500 million soums. The house is located in the city of Tashkent (Yashnabad district).
The total land plot is 0.13 hectares, the house occupies the area of 839.40 square meters. There are 10 rooms in the residential building. The house is put up for sale by a criminal court decision. An open auction will be organized for the sale of this real estate on November 25.
According to UzA, the above-mentioned house belongs to the family of the former Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan. The real estate is registered under the name of Rashid Kadirov’s wife.
It should be recalled that on June 26, the Yunusabad district court on criminal proceedings announced verdict against the former Prosecutor General Rashid Kadirov and other 13 people. Kadirov was found guilty in accordance with Part 6, Article 50 of the Criminal Code, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
