Uzbekistan, UK voice readiness to further strengthen cooperation in 2020
On December 18, 2019, Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Timothy Torlot.
During the meeting, topical issues on the bilateral agenda were discussed, the results of cooperation in the political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres in 2019 were summed up.

The parties voiced readiness to further develop cooperation in 2020, including in the implementation of joint educational and environmental projects.
Special attention was paid to the schedule of meetings at various levels next year.
