US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo to visit Uzbekistan

At the beginning of next year, US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo will visit Uzbekistan.

As an official in the government told Kun.uz, Michael Pompeo plans to visit Uzbekistan to discuss pressing issues of bilateral cooperation.

The Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan confirmed the news to Kun.uz correspondent and stated that the exact date of the visit is not yet known.

It should be noted that this will be Pompeo’s first visit to the country as US Secretary of State.
