BCE identifies 22 gas theft cases in Nukus in January
On January 3-23, 2020, employees of Khududgaz Karakalpakstan LLC together with the operational group of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement (BCE) in Nukus conducted an audit on compliance with the rules for using natural gas among consumers and identifying thefts in the gas supply system.
According to results of the joint work, 22 cases related to fuel theft and neglect of the rules for using natural gas were identified, the press service of Khududgaztaminot JSC said.
There are 20 legal entities and 2 individuals among violators. Reportedly, the joint group reviewed six cases.
In particular, for the consumed gas in the amount of more than 9.6 thousand cubic meters, additional funds worth over 6.3 million soums were collected. The remaining cases are currently being studied by the Nukus BCE department.
