Uzbekneftegaz increases salaries of field workers by 30%

Board Chairman of JSC Uzbekneftegaz Mekhriddin Abdullayev and the Chairman of the Joint Trade Union Committee Bakhodir Muratov signed a joint resolution “On increasing the wages of workers”.

Document approved a new scale of tariff on wages for employees of operational management units, as well as engineering-technical personnel, oil and gas production workers, employees of gas processing plant and the Motor Transport Department, the company’s press service said.

According to the new tariff schedule, starting from February 1, 2020, additional bonuses in the amount of 20 percent will be provided to engineering-technical workers and 30 percent – to other field workers.

This resolution raises the salaries of 4,389 employees working directly in the oil and gas fields.
