Former Deputy Interior Minister appointed to a new position in Fergana region
“Mukhiddin Jurayev, who previously served as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, has been appointed head of the Internal Affairs Coordination Office of Kokand”, the ministerial press service reports.
“Colonel Jurayev has been assigned to the post of head of the Internal Affairs Coordination Office of Kokand city in Fergana region,” the report said.
Prior to his appointment -- since December 2018 -- Jurayev worked as Deputy Interior Minister of Uzbekistan on issues of public order. Before that, he served as the head of the Internal Affairs Department in Syrdarya region (2016−2018), as well as the head of the Internal Affairs Department of Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Tashkent (2014−2016).
