Russia delivers a batch of coronavirus detecting kits to Uzbekistan

Novosibirsk delivered a batch of kits for detecting coronavirus to Uzbekistan, the morning broadcast of the “Russia 24” TV channel informed.

It is noted that the Novosibirsk Institute has supplied Uzbekistan with diagnostic kits of its own production.

In order to prevent the entry and spread of the coronavirus, to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population and to protect public health, the necessary measures have been taken in Uzbekistan since the beginning of February.

In the event of an emergency case, in order to counter the spread of infection and coordinate preventive measures in the regional health departments, centers for sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, headquarters are organized in all city and district medical associations.

Today, in the virology laboratory of the regional center for sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, work has been launched to identify four types of influenza and seven types of SARS.

The epidemic has spread to 29 countries.
