Coronavirus cases reach 15 in Uzbekistan
The spouse of an Uzbek citizen who recently arrived from Turkey and has been diagnosed with coronavirus and another citizen who came in the country on London-Tashkent flight tested positive for COVID-19.
“We have recently informed that a citizen of Uzbekistan who came from Istanbul had been diagnosed with coronavirus infection. Her husband has also signs of the disease.
In addition, another citizen who recently arrived in Tashkent from London has tested positive for coronavirus.
Both citizens are under strict medical supervision. So far, we have 15 confirmed cases,” the Ministry of Health said.
