China shares experience with Uzbekistan in combating COVID-19 coronavirus
In a video conference meeting with representatives of the healthcare system of Uzbekistan, Chinese experts spoke in detail about how the country fought against the new coronavirus infection.
On March 20, a video conference meeting was held between the representatives of the Health Ministry of Uzbekistan and the People’s Republic of China. The Uzbek side was led by Health Minister Alisher Shadmanov.

The Chinese side spoke about preventive measures during quarantine period, which medications were used in the initial stages of the disease, and what drugs were included in the general treatment of patients.
In addition to Uzbekistan, the video-conference meeting was attended by Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Afghanistan, India and Ukraine.
