By presidential decree, Colonel Saidkarim Nishanbayev has been appointed Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
According to the press service of the department, prior to his appointment, Nishanbayev served as deputy head of the organizational department at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
For some period of time, he also led the Internal Affairs Department of Tashkent region but was dismissed from office after being reprimanded by Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
