Number of people infected with coronavirus reaches 83 in Uzbekistan

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, another 8 people tested positive for coronavirus infection, making the total number 83.

It is noted that 5 new cases were recorded in Tashkent and 3 in Andijan.

Earlier, head of the State Inspection for Sanitary-Epidemiological Control Nurmat Otabekov said that the health condition of 4 patients diagnosed with coronavirus is assessed as serious.

Almost all regions of the country are closed for quarantine, movement of traffic is temporarily restricted in many areas.
