12,484 cases of violation of quarantine regime have been identified since the first day of the announcement of quarantine in the country until today, the Interior Ministry reported.
Most of them are recorded in the capital (2,150 cases) and Fergana region (1,681 cases), the least - in the Khorezm region: 239 facts of violation of the established regime were revealed there.
However, violation cases continue to occur. As the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported, on March 28, a citizen living in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, despite warnings from the territorial prevention inspector and the chairman of the mahalla institution, held an event in connection with his daughter’s wedding with the participation of friends of his son-in-law. A criminal case has been instituted under Part 1 of Article 257-1 of the Criminal Code.
On the same day in the Namangan region, the quarantined young man left the quarantine zone without any permission, for which he was also brought to administrative responsibility under Article 54 of the Administrative Responsibility Code.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs called on citizens to take a more reasonable approach to their responsibilities, strictly observe sanitary and hygienic requirements, and protect their health and the health of beloved ones.
