The number of coronavirus cases has reached 173 in Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health said Wednesday morning.
So far, out of 173 patients, 8 people have fully recovered from the coronavirus. They were discharged from the hospital and sent to a rehabilitation center.
2 people -- a 72-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man -- died of the virus.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health reported that 65 patients with coronavirus are being treated in the regions.
It also became known that over 22 thousand tests for coronavirus have been conducted in Uzbekistan.
