Coronavirus: Cases reach 545
The number of coronavirus infection cases in Uzbekistan has increased by 11 and reached 545, the Ministry of Health reported.
In the last couple of days, infection cases have increased considerably.
Out of 545 patients, only 30 have recovered so far, 3 people died.
Earlier, the head of the State Inspection for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control, the Chief Sanitary Inspector Nurmat Otabekov denied rumors that coronavirus infection case was registered in the khokimiyat of Tashkent.
“There was a rumor that coronavirus infection case was detected in the khokimiyat of Tashkent. This is absolutely not true. There is a liability for those who disseminated this false information,” he said during a live broadcast on the UzReport TV channel.
