“There are no restrictions for the operation of dental clinics during the quarantine” – Nurmat Otabekov
During the quarantine period, dental clinics continue to work, without any restrictions. This was announced by the Chief Sanitary Inspector Nurmat Otabekov.
“According to a letter from the Ministry of Health dated March 30, 2020, during the epidemiological situation, 12 medical facilities will operate in Tashkent at the national level,” he said.
He noted that the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics is also included in this list.
“In addition, dental clinics will also continue to operate without any restrictions,” said Nurmat Otabekov.
To remind, Tashkent, Nukus and regional centers introduced a regime of mandatory self-isolation from April 6. Under this regime, citizens are allowed to go outside only in case of absolute necessity, such as going out for food, medicine, visiting a doctor, and travelling to work.
In addition, when entering large shopping facilities and supermarkets, people have to go through temperature screening.
