According to the Ministry of Health, 26 more people in Uzbekistan have been diagnosed with the coronavirus infection.
"As of 23:00, April 24, the number of coronavirus infection cases in the country stands at 1,804," the Health Ministry said in a statement.
To date, 621 people have fully recovered from the disease and sent to rehabilitation centers at places, 8 people died.
It should be recalled that Uzbekistan had earlier extended the quarantine period until May 10. People are asked to stay at home and comply with the requirements of self-isolation regime.
