Man, 13-year-old boy killed in an accident in Pakhtakor district

Two people were killed, four were injured in a traffic accident in the Pakhtakor district, Jizzakh region, the press service of the Investigation Department under the MIA said.
The accident occurred on April 29 at about 18:00, when the 25-year-old driver of a Matiz car fell asleep and lost control; the car turned over.
As a result of the accident, the driver and one passenger of the car, 13-year-old teenage boy, died on the spot.
Other passengers (35-year-old woman, 14-year-old and 12-year-old boys, 6-year-old girl) were taken to hospital with various injuries.
The Investigation Department of the district filed a criminal charge under paragraph “a”, part 3, Article 266 of the Criminal Code.
