Coronavirus cases reach 2,075 in Uzbekistan
The number of people diagnosed with the coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan has reached 2,075, the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
“As of 15:00, May 1, the number of coronavirus infection cases in the country stands at 2,075,” the report said.
So far, 1,159 people have fully recovered from the coronavirus infection and were sent to rehabilitation centers at places, 9 people died.
Moreover, in Kashkadarya and Jizzakh regions, all patients who were infected with coronavirus were discharged from hospitals.
It should be noted that the country has eased some quarantine measures starting from April 30. In particular, the movement of personal and service vehicles without a special sticker is allowed at certain times of the day – from 07:00 to 10:00 in the morning and from 17:00 to 20:00 in the evening.
