NBU building, located at Chorsu market, put up for auction
The starting price of the two-storey building with 73 rooms is 22.5 billion soums.
The National Bank of Uzbekistan put up for auction one of its buildings in Tashkent, which is located at the Chorsu market, Spot writes with reference to the press service of the State Asset Management Agency.
The lot is a two-story building with 73 rooms. The year of construction is unknown. There is electricity, gas, water supply, sewage. The building area is 0.2 hectares. Useful area of the building – 4,249 square meters. The price can be paid by installments.
Starting price – 22.5 billion soums. Applications are accepted until June 22. Bidding will take place on June 24.
Earlier, it was reported that the Versal restaurant and the former Turkuaz in Tashkent were put up for auction.
