Versal restaurant in Tashkent sold for 35 billion soums

The winner of the bid was DIAMOND DRINKS CO.
In May of this year, the State Assets Management Agency put up for sale the famous Versal restaurant in Tashkent.
According to the agency’s press service, the auction has ended and DIAMOND DRINKS CO. has become the winner. It is noted that the restaurant building was sold for 35.33 billion soums.
The auction took place on June 15, 2020. Estimated cost of the restaurant was 34,641,811,737 soums and deposit – 1,732,090,586.85.
The total area of the restaurant is 0.3357 hectares, including the building area.
