Andijan International Airport to be named after Babur
The Andijan International Airport will now be named after Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, the press service of the Transport Ministry informed.
President Shavkat Mirziyev signed the relevant decree recently.
The Andijan Airport reopened at the end of 2019 after a year-long suspension of operation due to repair works.
