Crook who promised to bring 2 million masks from Iran arrested near Tashkent 

According to the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 43-year-old fraudster gained the trust of a 32-year-old citizen, promising him to bring 2 million medical masks from Iran and received from him $15,950 on February 24, 2020.

It is noted that he did not keep his promise and spent the money on his own needs.
  
The Investigation Department under the Chilanzar district DIA instituted criminal proceedings against the fraudster under Article 168-4 (fraud) of the Criminal Code. A preliminary investigation is underway.
