Quarantine measures tightened in Jizzakh
In accordance with the decision No. 796 of the khokim of Jizzakh dated July 1, 2020, entry and exit to the city will strictly be controlled.

According to Sangzor.uz, coronavirus patients have been identified in 4 mahallas of the city.
“In this regard, from July 2, entry and exit to Jizzakh is taken under strict control. Entry to the territories of “Qaliya”, “Bunyodkor”, “Zilol” and “Madaniyat” mahallas has been suspended,” the report reads.
It should be recalled that in late June, two people living in the Sharof Rashidov district of the region died of coronavirus.
According to the decision of the Agency for Sanitary and Epidemiological Wellbeing, on June 26, all areas of the Jizzakh region, except for Sharof Rashidov district, have been marked as a “green” zone. On June 29, 5 new cases were recorded in the region (4 of them among the population). After that, quarantine measures were strengthened in Dustlik and Gallaorol districts.
