Director of a kindergarten in Khorezm charged for embezzling money from subordinates
The head of a kindergarten in the Khorezm region has illegally collected and embezzled funds of the institution, the MIA Investigation Department reports.
In October 2019, the director announced to the staff that the son of a 53-year-old accountant needed money for surgery and collected 915,000 soums from them. She used the money for her own use.
In addition, even though she had no contractual agreement on the liability of the statutory requirements, she was engaged in the distribution of wages of the employees.
The Investigation Department under the Internal Affairs Department of the Shovot district instituted criminal proceedings under Article 168 of the Criminal Code.
During the preliminary investigation, it was established that the director had raised money from the employees of the institution under other pretexts as well.
