159 more people test positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan, death toll reaches 52
According to the daily report of the Ministry of Health, 159 more people have tested positive for coronavirus.
“As of 10:00 a.m., July 10, the number of infection cases stands at 11,723 (+159),” the statement said.
It is noted that 78 new cases have been identified in the quarantine center, 29 – in Tashkent, 10 – in the Surkhandarya region, 5 – in Khorezm, 5 – in Jizzakh, 17 – in Navoi and 15 – in Samarkand.
So far, 7,287 people have recovered from the disease, 52 died. Currently, 4,384 people are undergoing treatment at medical facilities.
