Applications (documents) for transfer or reinstatement of study in the academic year 2020-2021 are accepted online.

The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education reported that most documents are returned for re-registration.

The Ministry noted the following reasons:

  • A copy of the passport (together with the permanent residence address page) is not fully loaded or of poor quality (when considering applications for transfer of studies, the permanent address of residence is one of the fundamental reasons);
  • A copy of the university documents (academic certificate, rating book or transcript) was not fully or properly uploaded;
  • The field of education or institution in which the applicant is (was) studying was not fully described;
  • Students applied to a non-existent higher education institution, or to a non-existent field of education.

The Ministry asked citizens applying for transfer (reinstatement) of their studies to take the above requirements into account.

In addition, citizens who have applied, but did not have their documents accepted by the program, may re-register as soon as they correct mentioned errors.

Registered applicants should constantly monitor the status of applications in their personal cabinet (with login and password for registration).

The last day of registration for transfer (reinstatement) of study is August 5, 2020.
