Khokim of the Navoi region Kobul Tursunov has fully recovered from the coronavirus infection in Tashkent and resumed his work. This was reported to Kun.uz by the information service of the Navoi region administration.
At the first meeting with officials of the regional administration – deputy khokims, heads of secretariats, group leaders and other officials, Kobul Tursunov made proposals and recommendations on how to continue the reforms in the region and bring them to a new level, to rationally address any problems associated with the coronavirus pandemic among the population.
“In the process of curbing the pandemic, first of all, it is necessary to protect the health of the population, as well as to fully mobilize the existing forces and capabilities to ensure a stable system of work in all sectors of the socio-economic sphere,” Tursunov said.
On July 31, the information service of the Navoi region administration reported that Kobul Tursunov was undergoing treatment on the basis of standards developed by qualified medical specialists in accordance with the recommendations of the Health Ministry.
It should be recalled that on August 16, khokim of the Surkhandarya region Tura Bobolov also recovered from coronavirus.
