Reportedly, 92,026 people died in January-July 2020. The highest number of deaths was recorded in July.

“The number of deaths recorded in the first six months of this year is lower than in the first six months of 2019 and 2018. In particular, 74,657 deaths were registered in January-June of this year, 75.6 thousand – in January-June of 2018 and 75.8 thousand – in the first half of 2019.
According to statistics, the average monthly mortality rate for 6 months of 2020 accounted for 12.4 thousand, and for 7 months – 13.1 thousand. For comparison, the total average for 2019 and 2018 was 12.9 thousand per month.
