Uzbekistan team ranks third in the overall team standings in International Army Games

“The team of Uzbekistan this year participated in 16 competitions and won prizes in 14 of them. We showed a good result, in the overall team competition we took the third place, following Russia and Belarus,” Kurbanov said.

The Minister noted that the military personnel of Uzbekistan have to work further and achieve more.

Bakhodir Kurbanov stressed that the competitions of the International Army Games provide an opportunity for the military of all countries to improve their professionalism. He also thanked Russia, in particular, the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu, who initiated the Games, for the invitation to the competition.
