New khokim appointed for Shirin city, Syrdarya region

Sarvarbek Sultanov, the former head of the Syrdarya regional branch of the nation-wide movement “Yuksalish”, has been appointed khokim of Shirin city.

On September 9, the Shirin City Council of People’s Deputies held an extraordinary session, where a new khokim of the city was appointed.

According to the press service of the Syrdarya region administration, the former head of the Syrdarya regional branch of the nation-wide movement “Yuksalish” Sarvarbek Sultanov has been appointed khokim of Shirin city.

Since October 2019, this position has been held by Abdugaffor Khojimatov who left his post due to his transfer to another job.

Sarvarbek Sultanov was born on July 19, 1989, in the Akaltyn district. In 2011, he graduated from Gulistan State University and in 2013 – Tashkent University of Information Technologies. He was also awarded the Order “Dustlik”.
