Electricity supply to Kashkadarya increases by 11.4% in autumn-winter season
The Special Staff of the Ministry of Energy held a regular meeting in the Kashkadarya region to analyze the progress of work in ensuring a stable supply of electricity in the autumn-winter period of 2020-2021, the ministerial press service reported.
In total, it is planned to provide 2,935.4 million kWh of electricity to consumers of the region in the autumn-winter period this year, which is 11.4% more compared to the previous season.
The regional power supply system consists of 26,200 kilometers of transmission lines and 8,884 transformers.
Major maintenance of 2,097.2 km of transmission lines and 701 transformer substations is planned to be completed by October 1.
