$300 million to be directed for the reconstruction of streets in Samarkand
$300 million will be allocated for the reconstruction of three streets in Samarkand, the khokim of the Samarkand region Erkinjon Turdimov said.
Khokimiyat of the region has already announced a tender for the reconstruction and modernization of Amir Temur, Bustonsaroy and Rudaki streets.
$210 million of that amount will be spent on road construction and $90 million on water supply. The project includes major repairs, planting of flowers and repair of pavements.
So far, the project received 18 proposals from 9 foreign countries.
