Shukhrat Ganiyev no longer a Senate member
The Deputy Prime Minister for the Development of Agrarian and Food Sectors, Shukhrat Ganiyev, has been removed from the list of senators.
This is stated in the relevant Resolution of the Central Electoral Commission.
It is noted that the document was sent to the Fergana region council of people’s deputies.
Shukhrat Ganiyev had been the head of the Fergana region for 9 years.
To note, the deputies of the Legislative Chamber had previously approved the candidacy of Shukhrat Ganiyev as Deputy Prime Minister for the Development of Agrarian and Food Sectors.
On September 28, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister.
