New khokim of Khanabad city appointed
On October 22, an extraordinary session of the city council of people’s deputies was held in Khanabad. Khokim of the Andijan region Shukhrat Abdurakhmanov delivered a speech during the session.


The meeting participants considered an organizational issue and a new head of the city was appointed.
Mashal Tojiboyev became the new khokim of Khanabad. Prior to his appointment, he worked as the head of the Andijan regional department of housing and communal services.

Tojiboyev was born in 1984 in Andijan. In 2007, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction.
In 2010-2016, Tojiboyev worked in the khokimiyat of the Andijan region. In 2016-2017, he was deputy khokim of the city of Andijan for industrial development, capital construction, communications and utilities. In 2016, he served as acting khokim of the city of Andijan.
It should be recalled that at the end of September this year, the khokim of the Khanabad city Musajon Mamadaliyev died from coronavirus.
