Currency exchange: US dollar gains upward trend against soum
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has established new exchange rates of foreign currencies against the soum, which comes into force from January 12 this year.
According to the Central Bank, starting from tomorrow, the exchange rate of the US dollar increases by 23.76 soums, amounting to 10,473.20 soums.
The Euro, in the meantime, grows by 34.26 soums, being valued at 12,796.16 soums.
The Russian ruble also shows a slight increase – by 0.84 soums. 1 ruble becomes equal to 141.29 soums.
It should be noted that the Central Bank does not take any obligation to purchase or sell foreign currencies at the rates set.
