Financing the judiciary to be carried out at the expense of State Budget

According to the document, starting from 2021, the financing of salaries and additional payments to judges and employees of the Constitutional Court, the High Judicial Council, the Supreme Court, lower courts, the Higher School of Judges and their staff, the employees of the Department for Supporting the Activities of Courts at the Supreme Court and its territorial divisions is entirely carried out at the expense of the State Budget.

At the same time, the following payments until October 1, 2021, are made at the expense of the fund for the judiciary development, from October 1, 2021 – at the expense of the Republican Budget:

• length-of-service allowances – for judges of courts, the Supreme Judicial Council and employees of their apparatus, employees of the Department for Supporting the Activities of Courts at the Supreme Court and its territorial divisions;
• additional payment for the qualification class and class rank – to the judges of the Supreme Court, the High Judicial Council and employees of their staff, employees of the Department for Supporting the Activities of Courts at the Supreme Court and its territorial divisions.

In addition, the decree approved the wage grades for the wage scale of judges, employees of the court apparatus, employees of the Supreme Judicial Council, as well as the Higher School of Judges, the Department for Supporting the Activities of Courts at the Supreme Court and its territorial divisions.
